Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20261. Overview
Synthrun is an architecture and app reliability studio. We design our site so that browsing requires the minimum amount of data. This policy explains what little we collect, why, and your rights over it.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you send us by email or a contact form (name, email address, and the contents of your message).
- Project materials you share with us to scope or review an engagement.
- Anonymous usage data (cookies or analytics) used only to understand how the site is read.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information above to respond to enquiries, prepare written architecture plans and quotations, deliver services, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone.
4. Analytics & cookies
Any analytics we run are privacy-respecting and do not profile individuals across the web. You can block tracking in your browser without affecting how the site renders.
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. We may share limited information with subcontractors strictly as needed to deliver a project, under terms as restrictive as this policy.
6. Security & retention
We hold project materials on access-controlled infrastructure and delete them after an engagement ends or on your request. Emails are kept only as long as needed to service the conversation.
7. Your rights
Based on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise them, email hello@synthrun.site with a brief description and we will action it promptly.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and note the change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
